Tasks and functions
Main tasks and functions of the State Secrets, Information Technical and Cryptographic Protection Department:
1. Organization, provision of protection regarding the state secrets and control of its condition in the STS and its territorial bodies;
2. Organization and provision of technical protection of information, control over its condition;
3. Organization of cryptographic protection of information with restricted access and control of its condition;
4. Organization, coordination of information security measures in information and telecommunication systems and control over its condition at the STS and its territorial bodies;
5. Organization and coordination of measures to ensure the antivirus protection and cybersecurity of information in the information and telecommunication systems of the STS and its territorial bodies and control over their condition.
