Tasks and functions

Main tasks of the HR Management Department:

1. Implementation of the state policy on personnel management at the STS;

2. Ensuring the execution of powers in the sphere of personnel management by the Chairman;

3. Ensuring organizational development of the STS;

4. Selection of the STS’s personnel;

5. Prognostication of personnel development, promotion of employees to go forward in career, improvement of their professional competence;

6. Conduction of analytical and organizational work on the personnel management;

7. Organizational and methodological guidance and control over the work with the personnel in the STS territorial departments;

8. Documenting the entry to the civil service, its passage and termination.
