Tasks and functions
Main tasks and functions of the Corruption Prevention and Detection Department
1. Drafting, provision and monitoring the implementation of anti-corruption measures according to the requirements of anti-corruption legislation;
2. Methodological and advisory assistance on compliance with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation;
3. Participation in information and research support for the implementation of measures to prevent and detect corruption, as well as international cooperation in the sphere;
4. Conduction of organizational and outreach work to prevent, detect and counteract corruption;
5. Control over compliance with the requirements of legislation regarding the conflict of interest;
6. Control over compliance with the anti-corruption legislation.
