1. Coordination of work, organization and execution of tasks (assignments) stipulated by the Laws of Ukraine, Decrees and Orders of the President of Ukraine, Acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Assignment of the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Legal and Regulatory documents of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and the STS leadership;
2. Organizational and methodological support regarding measures intended to improve the current organizational structure and optimize a number of the STS’s employees and its territorial departments, arrangement of their functions and procedures. Preparation of responsibilities division between the leadership of the STS and coordination of work to support the preparation and coordination of responsibilities division between the leadership of the STS’s territorial bodies. Organization of work on reorganization of the STS’s territorial bodies;
3. Ensuring the organization and functioning of the internal control system at the STS;
4. Development and approval of methodological support of the STS’s Regulations in the prescribed order and exemplary regulations of the territorial departments, monitoring its compliance;
5. Methodological support for planning current STS’s and its territorial bodies activity, formation of projects according to current plans of the STS’s activity for a year and a half year, their approval in the prescribed order and bringing to the attention of executors, participation in development and execution of the special mobilization readiness plan;
6. Methodological support for organization of the STS’s hardware meetings with the participation of heads of the structural units and heads of territorial bodies, other meetings;
7. Organizational and methodological support of the STS Board’s activity;
8. Provision of the Chairman’s control powers regarding the fulfillment by the structural units of the STS and its territorial bodies of tasks determined by: the Laws of Ukraine, Resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Decrees of the President of Ukraine, Acts and Assignments of the President of Ukraine, Acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Assignments of the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Protocols of meetings chaired by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, the First Deputy Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Ministers, Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers, the State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Letters from the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Chairman of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and his deputies (such letters require the feedback regarding its consideration), Letters from the Commissioner for human rights of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Appeals of Committees, Temporary special and Temporary investigative Commissions of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Deputy factions of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Appeals and Requests of the People’s Deputies of Ukraine, Assignments of the Minister of Finances of Ukraine and other Assignments from leadership of the Ministry of Finances of Ukraine, Letters from the Accounting Chamber, Ukraine’s international commitments in cooperation with the International Monetary Fund, Ukraine’s commitments in the sphere of European and Euro-Atlantic integration etc. and management decisions as a result of consideration of other incoming correspondence, specifically appeals of the law enforcement agencies, judicial authorities and other legal entities, including the lawyers’ requests, the State Bureau of Investigation, as well as tasks defined by administrative documents of the STS and the Chairman’s and Chairman Deputies’ assignments, decisions (protocols) of the STS’s Board, the Chairman’s and Chairman Deputies’ assignments to the report notes of structural subdivisions of the STS, protocol instructions of the STS’s leadership according to the established terms;
9. Evaluation of the executive discipline level in the structural units of the STS and its territorial bodies;
10. Methodological support for the execution of systematic automated control over the execution of target tasks by the STS, as well as remote automated control over the execution of target tasks by the STS’s territorial bodies;
11. Control over the organization of work of the STS’s territorial bodies in order to ensure the execution of targeting indicators;
12. Provision of the STS’s Disciplinary Board for consideration of the STS’s disciplinary cases;
13. Provision of the proper linguistic level of the STS’s activity according to linguistic legislation, Ukrainian spelling and relevant regulations;
14. Documentary support for the STS apparatus activity, establishment of a unified procedure for documenting the management work information using modern automated systems; methodological assistance and control over the observance regarding the established procedure of work with documents at the STS’s structural units and its territorial bodies, at organizations and institutions belonging to the sphere of its management;
15. Conduction of regular checks on the status of record keeping at the STS and in its territorial bodies;
16. Organization of electronic document flow at the STS;
17. Organization of work on manning, storage of records and the use of archival documents;
18. Organization of work with documents with a stamp “For official use”;
19. Management of the STS’s development projects;
20. Strategic management of the STS’s development;
21. Development and methodological support of the STS’s performance indicators system (KRI);
22. Organization and conduction of analysis regarding working processes of the STS’s management system and implementation of their standardization, provision of suggestions to the STS’s leadership;
23. Support of the Government’s program documents on the STS’s development;
24. Provision of cooperation and communication with the public and business community;
25. Organization of media outreach regarding the practice of applying legislation on matters within the STS’s competence;
26. Formation of the STS information policy and its territorial bodies;
27. Provision of information to the public regarding implementation of the tax policy and policy in the sphere of the single social contribution administration via the Internet;
28. Provision of information to the public regarding performance indicators, directions and results of the STS’s activity;
29. Monitoring and analysis of the information space;
30. Organization of work with appeals received during the hotline with of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
31. Organization of personal reception of citizens by the STS’s leadership and officials of its structural subdivisions;
32. Provision of access to public information;
33. Organization of consideration of citizens’ appeals, requests for public information, control over their implementation and processing of out-coming documents;
34. Organization of scientific and scientific-technical activities;
35. Development and approval of suggestions for draft international agreements of Ukraine, conclusion of interdepartmental agreements with the tax authorities of foreign states, ensuring compliance and fulfillment of obligations under international agreements of Ukraine on issues within the STS’s competence;
36. Organization of international cooperation within the powers;
37. Organization of interaction and exchange of information with state bodies of other states in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, international agreements;
38. Organization of protocol support of measures on reception of foreign delegations at the STS and measures on foreign business trips of the STS’s employees;
39. Cooperation with foreign donor and executive organizations and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine on attracting and using international technical and financial assistance;
40. Ensuring implementation of the Association Agreement between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, on the other hand, which belong to the STS’s competence;
41. Protocol support of events with Chairman’s participation;
42. Consideration, analysis of the draft regulations, international agreements of Ukraine and organizational support of the Department;
43. Summary of information and analytical materials regarding the work with public authorities;
44. Execution of organizational and coordination measures in order to ensure the operative interaction of the Chairman with structural units of the STS, Main Directorates in regions, Kyiv, the STS’s Large taxpayers office, STS’s Information and Reference Department and public authorities;
